1.1 jillivo is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players who use the Platform. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC").

3.1 Registration Data. When you create a jillivo account, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, residential address, and chosen username and password. This information is required to create and manage your account.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with PAGCOR requirements and anti-money laundering regulations, jillivo may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. This data is used solely for identity verification purposes.
3.3 Financial Data. jillivo collects information about your deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history on the Platform. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our regulated payment partners.
3.4 Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Platform, including your IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, games played, session duration, and clickstream data. 10.3 Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, jillivo may be unable to delete data that it is legally required to retain under PAGCOR or AMLC regulations.
11.1 The jillivo Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above. jillivo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 If jillivo becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact jillivo support immediately.
11.3 jillivo employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot confirm eligibility will be suspended pending verification.

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
