3.4 Account Ownership. Your jillivo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.4 jillivo reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if it reasonably believes that the security of your account has been compromised.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jillivo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. jillivo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the jillivo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillivo does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jillivo reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from jillivo support.

6.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. jillivo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
6.3 jillivo reserves the right to cancel any bonus and to void any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.

11.2 jillivo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillivo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jillivo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jillivo will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jillivo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jillivo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jillivo.one/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your jillivo account at any time by contacting jillivo support. 14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 jillivo's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
